Our proKVM allows you to have complete control of your server and comes standard on our Windows and Linux Professional and Enterprise dedicated servers. This is most handy when SSH, VNC or Remote Desktop (RDP) stop responding and you need Out of Band management. This will also give you the ability to manage your server at the BIOS level and boot into your RAID controller if need be. With a proKVM you are able to remotely take full control of your server.Virtual Media is also included with this service which will allow you to mount almost any kind of media, whether it be a ISO on your local desktop or a physical DVD 
The ProKVM is included for free in all Professional and Enterprise Servers, however a fee of $39 per month applies to all Starter Series Dedicated Servers.

Idera has the ability to perform continuous data protection, ensuring that your data is stored off-site continuously in the event of data loss. With multiple retention points you can rest assured any level of redundancy Our pricing structure is relatively cheap and simple for the average 12-24 hour data backup service , if you require a more complex data backup setup, then we can accommodate this for you. When your business website or server demands continuous data protection, we can cater for backup sets to be done every 1, 2, 3, 6 hours and even as frequent as every 15 minutes. What's the difference between VDS, VPS & Dedicated Server?
Servers Australia offers both Virtual Dedicated Servers (also known as VDS or VPS) and Dedicated Servers. The main difference between the two technologies is that a Virtual Server generally has lower specifications of a dedicated server and is also on a shared platform with many other customers, therefore this technology is used for lower end sites at a cost effective rate. Virtual Servers are a great reliable platform for many customers.
A dedicated server is a physical machine with the resources being 100% dedicated to just you, this is great for high traffic websites or resource intensive applications.
