Network Operations Center
Monitor Network Security, Routing Issues and many more. What is a NOC
NOC is the abbreviation of Network Operations Center. The duty of the NOC is to monitor all systems such as, security, power, environment control, connectivity, web services, computer performance, and hardware health. These are monitored 24x7. Multiple systems are used to ensure that all alerts are observed and addressed in a timely fashion.
The NOC also monitors network security, routing issues and unusual traffic patterns.
The NOC cannot deal with general server issues unfortunately as it is staffed by highly trained and intelligent network 'nerds' who live and breath the continuous operation of the Servers Australia network. If you have an urgent issue you can call us 24 hours a day 7 days a week, but this issue MUST be related to a network outage or a server being down. We cannot help you if you have been locked out of your e-mail account sorry!
Where is the NOC, really? Don't you send it overseas after hours to save money?
Not a chance! Computers always seem to have problems when humans are trying to sleep. We have to be here as close to all our Data Centres as possible.
That can't be done effectively by someone overseas who speaks English as a second language and who is not close by a SAU Data Centre.
All our NOC staff are based in Tuggerah NSW Australia, while you're speaking to them for a critical issue, ask them what the weather is like, they will be able to look out the window and tell you the local Tuggerah Weather!

For high performance websites and applications requiring a dedicated solution.
Suitable for low medium traffic websites where you require complete (root) access to your server.
Windows Web Hosting

With the standard remote KVM, you are able to control the basic features of your server where you are able to access the console and take control with a Keyboard, Video and Mouse. This KVM is standard across our Linux and Windows Starter Dedicated Servers.

Our proKVM allows you to have complete control of your server and comes standard on our Windows and Linux Professional and Enterprise dedicated servers. This is most handy when SSH, VNC or Remote Desktop (RDP) stop responding and you need Out of Band management. This will also give you the ability to manage your server at the BIOS level and boot into your RAID controller if need be.
