In an instance you do get attacked you will never go down and we will simply scrub your traffic of the organised attack before it reaches your server.

Our Goal is to always provide our customer with 100% uptime and when we can't meet this target we impose financial penalties on ourselves. Our Dedicated servers come with a 30 Minute Hardware replacement Guarantee. This means that if for some reason you have a hardware failure we will either have your server repaired and operational or you can claim an SLA Credit. Full terms and conditions are available below.
