Syncom’s BNE Data Centre was established in 2010 and is strategically located close to the CBD and outside of all flood zones. It was one of the few data centres not impacted by natural disasters like the 2010 Brisbane floods. BNE features both dark fibre and AirFibre to ensure that any future floods do not impact the facility.
Acquired by Servers Australia in early 2016, this dedicated colocation facility provides space from 1RU to full rack colocation.

Syncom BNE is currently a Tier II compliant facility, with ample off street parking and full 24/7 access to equipment in the facility via proximity card readers.
It features:
- 300m2 technical space
- N+1 cooling via Stulz CRAC units in controlled air environment.
- Intrusion detection on all doors
- 10KW Stulz CRAC units in N+1 configuration supplying cold air to the front of the rack cabinets via underfloor air distribution.
- CRAC units keep facility at 23.5 degrees celsius and 50% relative humidity at all times
