The below set of terms applies to all FREE hosting or hosting provided to a person, group or user for FREE by Servers Australia Pty Ltd
- Free accounts are limited to one per customer
- File hosting is NOT allowed on the FREE plans, they are for small business, hobby or charity sites to host their website and are not to be used as a file sharing / hosting service. If you have in excess of 1,000 files on the server and no website directly linking to the free hosting account, your service will be terminated.
- There is NO SLA on the FREE plan, we will do our best to provide 100% uptime, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be online. We will do our best though!
- There is no support available for the FREE hosting accounts. Customers will need to pay to have support.
- User's caught sending large amounts of emails out will be terminated for SPAM, if you have a legitimate reason to send large amounts of data please upgrade to a paid account.
- We do daily backups of the FREE service, but we cannot restore them for you, these are for our internal DR only. We advise clients to take backups of their data.
