Now offering 24/5 Australian Phone Support

We are so excited to be growing fast to become Australia’s largest provider of Managed Hosting, Colocation and Transit Services located in 14 locations around Australia. Recently acquiring 2 data centres and 3 competitors.

As of the 1st of September 2016, we are excited to announce that we have extended our Australian based support and phone support to 24 hours a day 5 days as week. Feedback from clients and the market prompted the change and will now allow customers to access local-based support from our Sydney and Brisbane based offices for any support, sales and basic billing enquiries.

Customers will have the choice of how they want to contact us with 24/5 support including live chat and phone support. This will coincide with the existing 24/7 ticket support which will not change, but will be improved with the new local team from Sydney and Brisbane.

Weekend emergency phone support will still be available along with phone support between 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday.

We will also be moving to 24 / 7 phone support on the 1st November 2016 which is exciting for those customers needing extra weekend coverage.

These changes are very different to what the market is seeing where support is being moved out of Australia. We are very proud to be supporting local jobs and providing quality support and service to our valued clients.
