Excess Data:
$3.30 per GB is charged once you go over your data limit.
Data will only be charged if you accept the charges, However if you do not wish to pay the additional fees your site will be suspended until the start of your billing cycle.
Additional IP:
An Additional IP can be added to your account for an additional $2 per month, each Premium plan comes with one pre assigned.
Normal Phone Support:
Normal Phone support is avaliable from:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Public Holidays - Closed
After Hours Support:
After hours support is available on selected plans 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days a year.
