The Equinix BR1 building is Ground Floor and Level 1 (Open deck area for chiller plant). Situated on the outskirts of Brisbane’s central business district, this is an ideal location to access major business hub with strong presence of IT, financial services, enterprise and technology research. In addition, BR1 delivers the highest levels of security and operational reliability.

Equinix BR1 offers 24/7 CCTV monitoring of all sensitive areas. Further monitoring of all onsite activity is provided by the dedicated technical staff

There is enough fuel on site to provide 24-48 hours of emergency power using backup generators, with a designed power capacity of 3kw per cabinet space. The main data hall building is steel framed with a metal roof structure and precast concrete walls.
