Australian-owned managed hosting provider Servers Australia buys Brisbane based web hosting company TN iSolutions Pty Ltd

Servers Australia Pty Ltd has made a successful acquisition by taking over all the customers from Brisbane based company TN iSolutions.

The move comes after the existing owner of TN iSolutions has moved on to other ventures and was no longer in a position to completely support the needs of their customers.

TN iSolutions customers will be migrated into the Servers Australia brand as of the 1st December 2012, customer will then have complete access to the robust support team who will provide 24/7 assistance to customers with a 30 minute response guarantee.

Managing Director of Servers Australia, Jared Hirst says:

"We had to make the decision as to if we would keep the TN iSolutions brand or merge it into the Servers Australia brand and ultimately we thought of the customers. We wanted them to experience the service, support and reliability of Servers Australia, so we will be merging all customers into the Servers Australia brand and will be welcoming all new TN customers with some super specials and free add-ons".

Servers Australia currently employs over 20 staff and this acquisition will increase this number over time along with increasing the reliability and support for our new TN customers.
