How Long does it take for my account to become active?

Most accounts are activated within 1-2 Hours, this means we can check all accounts for any errors and or possible fraud. If your account is not activated within 24 Hours then please contact us to see why the account has not been activated.

The most common problem from people receiving the welcome E-Mail is because some SPAM filters often block mail from the Servers Australia mail server, these E-Mails are HTML intensive which some providers block, If you add our domain @serversaus.com.au to your allow list you should not have any issues.

I want to pay by direct deposit, but there is no option when signing up.

If you wish to deposit the money directly into our account when your invoices are generated, then please choose the cheque / Invoice option, which will generate and Invoice and E-Mail you when it is ready to be paid.

What do Add - On and Parked domains mean?

An add-on domain name means that you can host a separate website and domain within your account, but the website has will have separate FTP access, and a separate folder.

A parked domain means that you have the main website setup with say www.domainname.com.au and then have other domains "parked" to point to that site, eg: www.domainname.net.au and www.domainname.net , these domains are parked and pointed to the www.domainname.com.au website.

What does POP3 mean?

POP3 stands for Post Office Protocol version 3. When an e-mail is sent to you, it is stored on our server (called the POP3 server) until it is downloaded via your e-mail client (Outlook, Netscape mail, etc.)

If the POP3 accounts is 10 then that means you can have 10 E-Mail accounts e.g: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. What is a sub domain?

A subdomain is a domain name that is a sub name of a parent domain name.

Eg: www.serversaustralia.com.au is the parent domain name and a sub domain name would be www.test.serversaustralia.com.au, these subdomains can point to different folders within your account or have individual A records set up to point to an external server / IP.
