New company logo
Our new refreshed company logo was created in-house and specifically designed to help improve the identification of our brand and at the same time reflecting what we see as important aspects of the service we provide to our customers.
Our aim is to give the brand a cleaner, sharper and more modern logo, one that represents who we are and what we do as a company. We now have a logo that is unique and easily identifiable to make our brand memorable.
We'd like to share our concepts that drove the creation of our new logo.
So how did we do it?
Meet APIRO...He’s our latest team member
Our Brand Ambassador APIRO (Application Programming Interface Robot) was initially created by our Senior Dev Ops guru Damien Gardner as an internal Bot name to assist in all the automation emails and systems for the mySAU Portal.
Technology companies can sometimes be perceived as very mundane and dull, so we wanted to bring some light-heartedness, fun and energy in a way that represented a digital hosting company.
Our Plan
As the Servers Australia brand grows, so does our image and what better way to start 2019 than with a brand refresh. We have a new Brand Ambassador (APIRO), some major product enhancements along with some fantastic portal and billing features that will greatly benefit our clients.

This will ensure that verification processes and customer security is improved as we will no longer require client verification when submitting support requests online through our secure portal.
You will simply be able to log in and get support straight from the portal, and due to the portal being fully encrypted end to end, your information and communication will be secured via our online SSL and portal. All details will stay ‘on net’ and not have to traverse any email systems.
